me to confirm availability of your proposed holiday
dates.

On
confirmation that the property is available, a reservation
will be held for 7 days pending receipt of a booking
form and deposit. The deposit is £200 per week or part
week.

A
confirmation with the booking details will be sent to
you.

The
balance for the holiday must be received 8 weeks before
the holiday or the booking may be cancelled with loss
of deposit. Please note that reminders are not sent.

If
the holiday is to commence within 8 weeks, payment must
be made in full within 7 days of the booking.

Please
make cheques payable to 'Mrs Alison Milner' and forwarded
to: North Acre, Southwell Road, Thurgarton, Nottingham NG14 7GP.

On
receipt of the final balance/full rental, you will be
sent details regarding location and access to the cottage.

Conditions
of hire...

Should
you have to cancel or alter your holiday dates, please
contact me immediately and confirm in writing within
7 days. I will seek to re-let and if successful will
return all money paid.

In
the unlikely event that the cottage becomes unavailable
due to reasons beyond my control, I will return all
money paid in full and I shall not be under any other
liability.

If
you have a complaint please contact the housekeeper
first. If this does not resolve any problem, then contact
me immediately so it can be investigated straight away
and before the holiday ends.

I
cannot accept any liability of events outside my reasonable
control and any liability shall not exceed the rental
paid.

No
responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to
personal belongings.

Breakages
and damages are the liability of, and must be paid for,
by the person named on the booking form.

Access
to the property by myself or a representative shall
be allowed at any reasonable time during a holiday occupancy.

The
occupancy shall not exceed the number in the party shown
on the booking form.

I
reserve the right to terminate hire without notice or
refund for a breach of the conditions of hire.

Strictly
no smoking or pets allowed in the property.
-
These
conditions of hire supersede any previous issues.
